The only place I bring my cars to. They take good care of your vehicle. Attention to detail is spot on. My cars stay looking new even on the standard plan. Plenty of places to eat while waiting on your car to be done. And they have memberships for unlimited car washes. It’s worth it.

For a nearly $60 wash, I thought I could expect a little more attention to detail than this. I used to operate an automotive detailing business, and the quality from Trail Hand Wash is unacceptable. My wheels were barely touched, fender wells were still covered in dirt and sling from soaking wet tire shine, pine straw wasn’t removed from the body, and there were streaks all over my windshield. Many other spots on the interior were completely missed as well. Don’t charge people a premium price when we don’t get a premium service.

I have gone to each of the Trail Wash locations and this is by far my favorite location. The ladies inside are amazing and the work is usually good and consistent. There have been times where I experienced rushed work and didn’t feel my car was cleaned but nothing that wasn’t addressed.
